The External Relations department within Storm Athletics includes sports information, the Storm Club, athletic fundraising, marketing & promotions, corporate partnerships, season ticket sales, broadcasting, merchandise, licensing and special events and works with the Facilities and Game Management Staff for issues directly related to gameday management.

The department also works directly with the College's licensing partner, Strategic Marketing Affiliates (SMA) as a liasion to all vendors between the parties.
