Braggs Field

The Lake Erie baseball team plays a majority of its home games within the friendly confines of Braggs Field at Kiwanis Recreation Park in Downtown Painesville.  The field, which is also home to the Harvey High School team, is part of a major park and athletic complex which also includes Jack Britt Memorial Stadium.

The park's footprint is created by the scenic Grand River, which runs just beyond the outfield fence in center and right fiels.  Recent improvements to the park include the replacement of bullpen mounds for both home and visiting teams and the installation of permanent batting cages underneath the stands the Britt Stadium.  Brand new dugouts and other renovations highlight additions for the 2011 season. 

The Lake Erie softball team will also be calling Kiwanis Recreation Park home starting in 2011, with games to be played at diamond 4.
