Sports Medicine
The Lake Erie College department of athletics is pleased to
introduce you to the online source for Storm sports medicine
information. In this section, you will find a series of
forms needed to be completed by every Lake Erie College
student-athlete prior to participation in a sport during the
2010-11 academic year.
The Sports Medicine offices and Athletic Training Room are located in the Jerome T. Osborne Family Athletic and Wellness Center.
