2009: Kicker appeared in all 11 games as a freshman... made five field goals in nine attempts on the season and 36 of 41 extra-point attempts… his 51 points were second on the team… made first career field goal on Sept. 19 at Saint Joseph’s… that kick remains his career-long at 32 yards… hit a career-high two field goals against Urbana on Oct. 24… drilled two touchbacks on the season… averaged 48.9 yards per kickoff… set a career-high with a 57.7-yard average at Saint Joseph’s on Sept. 19… hit five extra-points on Oct. 3 vs. Ohio Dominican.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Was the kicker at nearby Chardon High School for four years, earning First-Team All-Premier Athletic Conference, First-Team All-Lake County and Second-Team All-Northeast Ohio honors... was also a shooting guard on the Hilltoppers basketball team, earning All-PAC Honorable Mention laurels… played sweeper on the back line for Chardon’s soccer team.
