Men's Basketball Announces 2011 Recruiting Class
Head Coach Cliff Hunt has announced the signing of four student-athletes to letters of intent for the 2011-12 season. The newest members of the Storm are guards Nate Tait, Trey Howard, Ethan Adamczyk and forward Jawaun Springs.

GLIAC Announces Winter All-Academic and All-Academic Excellence Teams
Lake Erie had 31 student-athletes recognized by the conference for their performance in the classroom during the winter sports season. Of the 31, 19 earned All-Academic Excellence honors.

Late Three Sends Storm to 64-63 Defeat in Season Finale at Ashland
Ethan Bradshaw and Riley Thomas each scored 16 points, but a three-pointer by Ashland's Justin Garris with five seconds left ended the Storm's season with another close call. The loss was LEC's 10th by six points or fewer this year.

Lake Erie battled one of the nation's best teams for the full 40 minutes, but the Chargers were able to pull out a 61-54 decision at the Osborne Center Thursday night. Garrick Sims led a valiant Lake Erie effort with 14 points and a game-high nine rebounds.
