NOTABLES: The Storm open up Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play against Ferris State University. The Storm are coming off of a 80-73 overtime win over Slippery Rock University on Saturday. Riley Thomas (Cardington, Ohio/Cardington-Lincoln) hit his second three-pointer in the final minute of regulation to tie the game at 64 and send it into over from the field and went six-for-six on free throw attempts in the final 30 seconds to pick up the 80-73 win. Thomas, Jamil Dudley (Massillon, Ohio/Massillon) and Garrick Sims all finished with 16 points. Andy Bosley was a spark off the bench for the Storm against Slippery Rock, scoring seven points and collected three steals. Dudley leads the Storm in scoring this season averaging 18.7 ppg while shooting 61.5% from beyond the arch. Rich Austin (Cleveland, Ohio/St. Ignatius) is having a productive season averaging 16.0 ppg and 7.7 rpg. Shooting accuracy has not been a problem this season as the Storm are shooting 52.7% from the field and 52.4% on three-pointers. Four-of-five starters are shooting 50% or better. The Storm is 2-0 this season when trailing at the half. The Ferris State Bulldogs are off to a 1-2 start, coming off a loss to 11th-ranked Winona State University 69-56 on Sunday.
