GAME NOTES

The Lake Erie College men's basketball team travels north to face Michigan Tech University and Northern Michigan University in GLIAC play.

LAST TIME OUT: The Storm picked up a 72-48 win over Northwood University.  Jamil Dudley led the Storm with 19 points and a career-high eight rebounds.  Nick Wells had 13 points while Andy Bosley had 12.  The Storm scored 42 points in the second half and led by as much as 28.  They converted 16-of-19 free throws and outrebounded the Timberwolves 56-36. 

SERIES HISTORY: The Storm is 0-4 all-time against Michigan Tech.  Last season, the Storm fell to the Huskies 81-64 in Painesville. Against Northern Michigan, the Storm is 3-1.  In Painesville last year, the Storm defeated the Wildcats 89-82. 

OPPOSITION POSITION: The Huskies enter the game with a 7-3 overall record and are 4-2 in GLIAC play.  They defeated Tiffin 64-50 in their last outing.   Ben Stelzer leads the Huskies in scoring with 23.1 points per game.  The Wildcats are 5-7 this season and 3-3 in GLIAC play.  They lost to Ohio Dominican 73-68 in their last game and face hosts Ashland before playing the Storm.  Marcus Hall leads the Wildcats with 10 points per game. 

FORECAST: The Storm is back in action Jan. 15 at Malone University.
