Men's Lacrosse Opens Season Against Roberts Wesleyan (PREVIEW)

STORM OPENS SEASON AT HOME: The eighth-ranked Lake Erie College men's lacrosse team opens their 2015 season at home against Roberts Wesleyan College.

SERIES HISTORY: The Storm is 2-0 all-time against Roberts Wesleyan.  Last season, the Storm picked up a 14-1 win in Rochester, N.Y.  Austin Bishop had two goals and three assists for the Storm.  Tom Lipomi made 10 saves in net, not allowing a goal in 50 minutes of action.

OPPOSITION POSITION: The Redhawks are 1-2 this season.  They won their season opener against Ohio Valley University before falling to Wheeling Jesuit University and LIU Post.  Dom Cianfarano leads Roberts Wesleyan with eight goals.  Matt Benedict has 15 points this season (seven goals, eight assists).

STORM REPORT: The Storm ended the 2014 season with a 10-4 record, capturing the program's first ECAC Championship.  The Storm returns several key players from last year's team, including preseason All-Americans Reagan Harding and Justin Goodwin.

FORECAST: The Storm is back in action Saturday when they head to Syracuse, N.Y. to face second-ranked LeMoyne College.
