Lake Erie outlasted Salem International, 3-1 on penalty kicks after a 2-2 tie in regulation, to advance to the championship match of the ECAC Division II Men's Soccer Tournament against host Notre Dame College. Ricky Carreira made 10 saves and turned away two shots in the PK round for the Storm.
