Women's Basketball Adds Four in Early Signing Period

PAINESVILLE, Ohio—Lake Erie College women's basketball coach Bob Booher announced the addition of four new members of the program for the 2016-17 season Monday (Jan. 4).

Kendall Anderson, Farrah Benner, Josie Chaddock and Jordan Joseph will join the Storm in the fall.

The four new student-athletes join the Storm from high schools in Ohio and Michigan. 

"I am very excited about our early signees," said Coach Booher. "Losing five seniors, this group has a strong defensive mentality and gives us some offensive flexability as well."

COACH BOOHER COMMENTS: "Kendall is an athletic post player that can run the floor, rebound and defend in the full and half-court.  She is capable of scoring in double figures and can be a key contributor as a freshman.  She will be a factor in our full court defensive schemes."

COACH BOOHER COMMENTS: "Jordan is a defensive stopper with quick feet, hands and reactions. She can defend anywhere on the perimieter and may be one of the quickest guards to ever play in the Storm program.  Offensively, she goes hard to the basket and finishes strong.  She also has three-point range which adds to her versatility."
