PAINESVILLE, OHIO – The Lake Erie College women's soccer season came to a close with a 2-0 loss at Tiffin University in Tiffin, Ohio.
The Storm finished the season 1-16-1 overall and 0-14 in GLIAC play while the Dragons move to 8-7-4 and 7-5-2 in the GLIAC.
Sophomore goalkeeper Megan Baldacci (Cavecreek, Ariz./Cactus Shadows) made eight saves in the game to finish the season with 142.
In the 39th minute, Shelly Rogers kicked off the scoring for Tiffin with a double header off a free kick with Lauren Turkington and Amanda Case. The score remained 1-0 at the half.
In the second half, the score remained 1-0 until the 89th minute when Ashley Davis scored with Alexandra Sevastakis and Rogers picking up the assist.
