Prause Announces 2014 Recruiting Class

PAINESVILLE, Ohio—First-year Lake Erie College Women's Soccer Head Coach Valerie Prause looks to make a big impact in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) this season with the announcement of Storm's newcomers joining the team this fall.

"I am excited that these fine young women have chosen to join our Storm family," said Prause. "Each of them will bring a competitive spirit and passion for the game that will contribute immediately to the betterment of our program. Most importantly, they are good people with high character, which is paramount for me."

Prause brings in eight student-athletes that have seen success on and off the field during their high school careers in Ohio and Michigan.

"Defensively and offensively, they all have the ability to add something to our program and play a significant role that will serve themselves and the team very well," continued Prause.  "I am excited to have each and every one of them on campus and to see how they grow and develop over their four years at Lake Erie."
