Women's Tennis Falls to Edinboro in First Spring Match

MENTOR, OHIO – Visiting Edinboro University handed the Lake Erie College women's tennis team a 9-0 setback in nonconference play Sunday afternoon (March 10) at the Mentor Heisley Racquet & Fitness Club. 

The match was the spring debut for the Storm (0-15) while the Fighting Scots (8-3) won their third in a row.

Edinboro won the four contests singles matches in straight sets, though senior Emily Rose-Gray (Marine City, Mich./Marine City) battled Lydia Browne before falling, 6-4, 7-5, at fourth singles.  The Scots won two doubles matches by default.
