Storm Wraps Up Spring Practice with Annual Green-White Game

PAINESVILLE, OHIO – The Lake Erie College football team wraps up spring practice on Saturday, April 16, with the annual Green-White Spring Game at Jack Britt Memorial Stadium.

The contest, played under regular game conditions with the players and coaching staff divided into two even squads, kicks off at noon.

"This event is a nice way to wrap up the spring and give our players a chance to experience game conditions between the end of last season and the start of next fall," said head coach Mark McNellie.  "The guys really look forward to this game after the work they've put in the past couple of weeks. It's a nice reward after a long winter."

LakeErieStorm.com will have coverage of the Green-White Spring Game with a live blog.  Admission is free for the game and fans are invited to follow the Storm and join the herd at Harry Buffalo Painesville (2119 Mentor Ave.) following the game for a post-game tailgate party from 3-6 p.m.
