NOTABLES: The Lake Erie College men's basketball team continue Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference South Division play as they travel to North Canton, Ohio to face league newcomer Walsh University. The Storm (5-7, 2-6 GLIAC) are coming off a road win Thursday (Jan. 10) against Malone University. Jamil Dudley (Massillon, Ohio/Massillon) led the Storm with 18 points, hitting eight-of-ten (80%) of shots from the floor and two-of-three from beyond the arch. Riley Thomas (Cardington, Ohio/Cardington) put up 15 points and Nate Tait (South Euclid, Ohio/Brush/Alderson-Broaddus) scored 13 off the bench. Thomas leads the Storm with 13.4 ppg and has scored in double-digits in the past four games and seven overall this season. Rich Austin (Cleveland, Ohio/St. Ignatius) is averaging 12.3 ppg and leads the team with 6.7 rpg. Lake Erie has found success from beyond the arch this season, hitting 38.9% of their three-point attempts. Dudley leads the GLIAC in three-point shooting with a 56.4% average. The Storm averaging 9.9 steals per game which ranks second in the GLIAC. Walsh (8-4, 4-4 GLIAC) have won three of their last four games including a 74-66 win over Ashland University on Thursday (Jan. 10).
