GAME NOTES

The Lake Erie College men's basketball team opens up Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) play Thursday night when they host Ferris State University.

LAST TIME OUT: The Storm wrapped up nonconference play with a defensive show at West Virginia Wesleyan, downing the Bobcats 71-49.  Andy Bosley led the Storm with 19 points on eight-of-11 shooting.  Michael Morris also hit double digits for the Storm, netting 13.

SERIES HISTORY: The Storm is 0-4 all-time against the Bulldogs, having played each of the past four seasons.  Last year, the Storm narrowly fell on the road, 73-70.  Riley Thomas led the Storm with 29 points while Garrick Sims had a double-double with 14 points, 12 rebounds.

OPPOSITION POSITION: The Bulldogs are off to  a 3-2 start this season.  They are currently riding a three-game winning streak, with wins coming against Lewis, Grace Bible and Albion.  Drew Lehman leads the Bulldogs offensively, averaging 17.8 points per game.

FORECAST: The Storm is back in action Saturday (Dec. 6) against Grand Valley State University.
