(PAINESVILLE, Ohio) – The long road to the end of the regular season starts tomorrow as Lake Erie heads southwest to take on Cedarville. It's the first of four consecutive road games to close the docket for the Storm (15-9, 10-6). The Yellow Jackets (15-10, 12-5) are winners of three-straight heading into Thursday.
The first matchup between the teams back on January 10 was a thriller. The Storm edged out a 91-87 victory over the Jackets in overtime. Gabe Kynard scored 24 points to lead the team, while Jordan Humphrey came off the bench to add 23.
Kynard has gone on to have an incredible season and is looking for more. He's scored in double-figures in all but two games this season and has hit the 20-point plateau 10 times. Cedarville counters with Conner TenHove who averages 15.2 points per game and pulls down 6.6 rebounds a contest.
Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
