Hardesty Takes 26th at Vulcan Invitational

BELLE VERNON, Pa.—The Lake Erie College men's golf team competed the two-round Vulcan Invitational Friday and Saturday (April 3-4), hosted by California University of Pennsylvania.

Ian Hardesty (Chardon, Ohio/Notre Dame Cathedral Latin) had the top finish for the Storm, finishing in 26th place with a two-round score of 161 (78, 83).  Jimmy Wild (Sagamore Hills, Ohio/Trinity) had the second best finish for the Storm with a score of 166 (82, 84) to take 45thNick Stranman (Jefferson, Ohio/Jefferson) finished 63rd with a score of 179 (83, 96) while Nick Bubon (Howland, Ohio/Howland) finished 64th with a score of 180 (91, 89).

The Storm is back in action April 11-12 at the NCAA Regional #4 event in Noblesville, Ind.
