PAINESVILLE, Ohio – The seventh ranked Lake Erie College men's lacrosse team will be in action Saturday (April 14) when they travel to take on fourth ranked Seton Hill, with the game set to start at 12 p.m.
Storm Report: The Storm is 9-1 overall and is 6-0 in Great Midwest Athletic Conference action. The Storm is coming off a win over Ohio Valley. Head Coach Steve Gartelman said, "Absolutely we are excited, but we get pumped up for all games. This is a rivalry game for sure, but it's business as usual for the men of the Storm."
Opposition Position: The Griffins are 10-1 overall and 4-0 in conference action, and are coming off a win Davis and Elkins. Coach Gartelman added, "Seton Hill has a great offense that plays with great tempo. We must be solid as a team on defense, and we must control the middle of the field in order to create. This will be a game of runs."
Coach Gartelman concluded, "As for every tough opponent we have faced and will face, it will take a complete game. All areas will need to be sharp and it will take 100 percent effort and focus for the entire game to get the win."
Forecast: Lake Erie will return to the field Saturday (April 21) when they travel to take on Mercy, with the game set to start at 1 p.m.
