Storm Set to Compete at Ashland Alumni Open (Preview)

PAINESVILLE, Ohio – The Lake Erie College track and field team will be in action Saturday (April 28) when they travel to compete in the Ashland Alumni Open.

Storm Report:  The Storm last competed at the Sparky Adams Invitational at Baldwin Wallace University.  The Storm men were led by Brandon Bryan (Geneva, Ohio / Geneva) as he won the 3,000 meter steeplechase breaking the tape in a time of 10:27.47 minutes. The Storm women were led by Gina Henley (Akron, New York / Akron HS) as she won the 3,000 meter steeplechase, as she broke the tape in a time of 12:18.43 minutes. 

Forecast:  Lake Erie will return to the track Thursday (May 3) when they travel to Hillsdale College to compete in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships.
